We typically serve Macclesfield, Cheshire and up to 20 miles surrounding, ensuring that we can offer the best level of service possible. We do also offer a remote support service for anybody outside of this range.

What We do and cover:

Pretty much anything IT related.

We aim to be as much as possible, a one stop shop.
This requires we have knowledge over a vast swath of technologys, from core networking to phone systems and just about everything in between.

We think we are pretty good at it too, so much so we also provide a lot of services to other IT support companies and internal IT teams in the local area who need to bring in specialist knowledge.

It also means we have to support a wide range of brands, software and hardware as such we have a wide range of knowledge of business software and related hardware as well as online services.
We mainly focus on Microsoft related systems, but we are commonly asked to support Sage, Google Suite, and a host of other providers software.
As well as hardware from just about every brand you can think of. Yes, we have a favorites and we will tell you about them but there isn’t much we can’t support if its required.

We are also a believer in open source and as such we use and deploy a number of solutions that leverage open source software.
